Step # 1

GrillCraft Sport Grille Kit Part# FOR-5005 available in silver and black finishes.
Step # 2

Here is our project Mustang in need of a GrillCraft Upper Grille Kit.
Step # 3

Raise the hood of the Mustang to begin the install.
Step # 4

Remove the plastic clips that secure the upper corner of the bumper. Some vehicles may have a rivet and require drilling out.
Step # 5

Remove center pony bracket. (The pony may be attached to the Sport Grille)
Step # 6

Remove plastic fasteners that secure the upper trim panel.
Step # 7

Remove trim panel from vehicle.
Step # 8

Place the Sport Grille into bumper opening and check for proper hood clearance.
Step # 9

Use the recess in the bumper cover as a guide to line up the grille for mounting.
Step # 10

While holding grille in place mark mounting tab center location for drilling.
Step # 11

Mark mounting tab location for drilling.
Step # 12

Using a 3/16-drill bit drill bracket mounting screw holes.
Step # 13

Using a 3/16-drill bit drill bracket mounting screw holes.
Step # 14

Install the Sport Grille with supplied fasteners for our target - Mustang.
Step # 15

Install the center screw first and attach the flat nut on the underside.
Step # 16

Secure mounting screws and install the trim panel.
Step # 17

Finished!!
