Here is our project Ford Expedition needing a GrillCraft Sport grille for added styling.

Step # 3

Remove the plastic clips that secure the core support cover.

Step # 4

Remove the screw that secures the turn signal lamp these are located in the far right & left corners.

Step # 5

Now slide the turn signal lamp assembly out.

Step # 6

Unfasten screw located in signal lamp area.

Step # 7

Remove the clips that secure grille shell filler to the fender panel there are two on each side.

Step # 8

The entire grille shell can now be removed from the vehicle.

Step # 9

The next step is to remove the factory grille center by pressing down on the plastic retainer clips as shown.

Step # 10

Removal is a snap.

Step # 11

Install the GrillCraft Grille from the front side of the shell opening.

Step # 12

While holding grille in place mark the mounting bracket center using a sharp scribe.

Step # 13

Drill a 3/16 hole for the mounting bracket screws.

Step # 14

Fasten grille with supplied fasteners.

Step # 15

Reinstall the grille shell.

Step # 16
