GMC SONOMA / S15 JIMMY 98-03 - UPPER CUSTOM MESH GRILLE/GRILL INSTALLATION GUIDE

Step # 1

Here is our GMC Sonoma/Jimmy S15 Sport Grille Kit available in silver or black finish.
Step # 2

Our project Sonoma in need of a GrillCraft Sport Sonoma Grille.
Step # 3

Remove the original grille/gril shell by simply pulling forward and it will unclip from the vehicle.
Step # 4

Remove the center GMC grille emblem. Option: The GMC emblem may be attached to the GrillCraft Grille if you desire.
Step # 5

Insert the Sport Grille into the grille shell.
Step # 6

While holding grille firmly in place mark mounting tab center hole locations.
Step # 7

Drill 3/16 holes for mounting tab screws.
Step # 8

These are the fastners that come in the grille kit.
Step # 9

Attach the "U" Nuts onto mounting tabs as shown.
Step # 10

Fasten grille screws from the backside.
Step # 11

Wow what a difference!!
