HONDA ACCORD COUPE 03-05 - UPPER CUSTOM MESH GRILLE/GRILL INSTALLATION GUIDE

Step # 1

Here is our Upper Mesh Sport Grille Kit Part# HON-1135 available in black or silver.
Step # 2

Our project accord in need of a GrillCraft Grille Kit.
Step # 3

Start by removing the clips that secure the under hood trim cover.(Note: in this install we are going to remove the bumper cover it is possible to do the install without removing the cover.

Removing the trim panel under the hood.
Step # 5

A view with the upper cover removed.

Remove the screws located in the fender well area.
Step # 7

Now the bumper cover can be removed from the vehicle.
Step # 8

Remove the screw that secures the factory grille insert.
Step # 9

Removing factory upper grille insert.

Fit the Grillcraft Grille in place as shown.
Step # 12

Mark the mounting tab center holes.
Step # 13

Drill 3/16 hole for the mounting screws.
Step # 14

Fasten grille with supplied hardware.
