HONDA CIVIC 99-00 - UPPER CUSTOM MESH GRILLE/GRILL INSTALLATION GUIDE

Step # 1

Here is the1999-2000 Honda Civic grill/grille kit Part# Hon-1112.

Available in silver or black powder coat finish

Step # 2

Here is our project Honda Civic needing a GrillCraft Sport Civic grill/grille Kit for added styling and major protection for the a/c condenser unit.
Step # 3

Start by removing the upper grill/grille clips as shown.
Step # 4

Next remove the screws located under the right & left splash shield
Step # 5

Next remove the screws located under the front section of the bumper cover.
Step # 6

Now with the help of a friend the bumper cover will slide off the car - 99-00 Honda Civic .
Step # 7

Next remove the screws located under the bottom of the stock grill/grille.
Step # 8

The upper grill/grille can now be removed. You will not need it, as the GrillCraft Upper Civic grill/grille is a complete replacement.
Step # 9

Measure approx 5/16 of an inch from the bumper ledge as shown.
Step # 10

Using a sharp scribe mark off your drilling points.
Step # 11

Drill an approx ½ inch hole to allow for adjustment.
Step # 12

Place grill/grille onto bumper and scribe grille-mounting point.
Step # 13

Measure from center hole and mark end screw location and drill.
Step # 14

Attach grille shell with supplied screw from the underside.
Step # 15

Wow what a styling change.
