HONDA CIVIC 99-00 - LOWER CENTER CUSTOM MESH GRILLE/GRILL ONLY INSTALLATION GUIDE

Step # 1

Honda Civic 3pc Sport Civic Grill/Grille Kit. Available in silver,black or white finishes.
Step # 2

Here is our project Honda Civic needing a GrillCraft Sport grill/grille Kit for added styling and major protection for the a/c condenser unit.
Step # 3

Start by removing the upper grill/grille clips as shown.
Step # 4

Next remove the screws located under the right & left splash shield
Step # 5

Next remove the screws located under the front section of the bumper cover.
Step # 6

Now with the help of a friend the bumper cover will slide off the Honda Civic.
Step # 7

Place grill/grille into bumper opening as shown.
Step # 8

Using a sharp scribe mark the mounting tab center holes make sure to firmly press grille into opening while marking the holes for the best fit.
Step # 9

Drill a 3/16 hole for the center mounting point.
Step # 10

Attach supplied speed fasteners to grille tabs as shown
Step # 11

In order to tighten center tab screw insert the screwdriver threw the existing underside bumper hole as shown.
Step # 12

Reinstall the bumper and fasten screws
Step # 13

In order to install side vent grilles place grille into vent opening and scribe mark the mounting pins.
Step # 14

Drill a 1/8-inch hole for mounting pins.
Step # 15

Now place grille-mounting pin into drilled holes.
Step # 16

Attach vent grille with supplied press on clips from the backside (using a nut driver to press the clip on works nicely)
Step # 17

Install bumper back on to vehicle.
Step # 18

Wow what a difference!
Step # 19

Clean and mean, This is our Modified Honda Civic!!
