HONDA CIVIC SI 02-04 - LOWER CUSTOM MESH GRILLE/GRILL INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION

Step # 1

Here is our Honda Civic SI Lower Sport Grill/Grille Kit Part# Hon-1108
Step # 2

Our Project Honda Civic SI in need of a GrillCraft Civic Grill/Grille
Step # 3

Start by raising the hood and removing the plastic fastners along the top of the bumper as shown.
Step # 4

Remove the plastic fastners located on the underside of the bumper.
Step # 5

Remove the phillips screws located in the fender well area as shown.
Step # 6

Remove the phillips screws on the underside of the bumper of Honda Civic Si.
Step # 7

Now the bumper cover can be removed from the vehicle.
Step # 8

Insert the GrillCraft Sport Civic Grill/Grille into the lower bumper opening from the front side as shown.
Step # 9

While holding the grille firmly in place using a scribe mark the mounting bracket center locations.
Step # 10

Drill a 3/16 hole for the mounting screws.
Step # 11

Drilling the hole for the center screw angle the drill its a tight fit!
Step # 12

Mount the supplied fastners onto the mounting tabs as shown.
Step # 13

Fasten the grille screws from the back side.
