MITSUBISHI ECLIPSE 00-02 - COMPLETE 5pc CUSTOM MESH GRILLE/GRILL INSTALLATION GUIDES

Step # 1

Here is the GrillCraft 5pc Sport Grille Kit available in silver or black finishes. The grille kit can be purchased separately center grille only or side vents only.
Step # 2

Start by remove the front side splash shield fasteners this will give you the underside access.
Step # 3

Install grille in bumper opening
Step # 4

While firmly holding the grille in place mark the mounting tab location using a long sharp scribe it is best to mark the outer tabs and leave the center for last.
Step # 5

Using a drill with a 3/16 bit drill mounting screw locations
Step # 6

When drilling the center hole you will need to drill threw the thin metal support plate I recommend you start out using a 1/8 drill bit then follow threw with the 3/16 bit.
Step # 7

Install mounting clips supplied onto mounting tabs and then while holding grille firmly in place install mounting screws from the underside.
Step # 8

When installing the center fastener screw use the existing hole in the bumper for access to the screw.
Step # 9

Wow what a difference great styling with added protection to you're a/c condenser from road debris.
