2004-2005 Nissan Titan / Armada

NISSAN TITAN / ARMADA 04-05 - UPPER 3PC CUSTOM MESH GRILLE/GRILL INSTALL

Step # 1

Here is the GrillCraft Titan / Armada upper mesh grille kit Part# NIS-1550 available in black or silver powder coated finishes.
Step # 2

Our project Titan in need of a GrillCraft custom mesh grille.
Step # 3

Using a screw driver unfasten the upper grille clips.
Step # 4

Using a screw driver unfasten the grille clips located on the bottom section of the upper grille.
Step # 5

Removing the grille shell.
Step # 6

The center section of the grille shell will need to be cut out.
Step # 7

Removing the center grid section.
Step # 8

Using a grinder to clean up the edges.
Step # 9

Install the GrillCraft Grille center section from the front side as shown.
Step # 10

From the back side using a scribe mark mounting tab center holes.
Step # 11

Using 3/16 drill bit drill for the mounting screws.
Step # 12

Fasten the grille as shown with the supplied hardware.
Step # 13

Next remove the plastic cover plates located on the back side of the outer grille section openings.
Step # 14

Insert side grilles and mark location of mounting tab center hole and drill using 3/16 drill bit then fasten with hardware.
