2004-2005 Nissan Titan / Armada

NISSAN TITAN / ARMADA 04-05 - LOWER CUSTOM MESH GRILLE/GRILL INSTALLATION GUIDES
PART#NIS 1551
Step # 1

Here is the GrillCraft Titan / Armada lower mesh grille kit Part# NIS-1551 available in black or silver powder coated finishes.
Step # 2

Our project Titan in need of a GrillCraft custom mesh grille.
Step # 3

Using a screw driver remove the plastic fastner on the top section of the bumper opening.
Step # 4

Removing the the plastic fastner.
Step # 5

Insert the lower grille in place by inserting the grille pin into the top center hole as shown.
Step # 6

Holding grille in place mark the mounting tab center holes from the back side.
Step # 7

Drill 3/16 hole for the mounting screws.
Step # 8

In order to fasten the grille either remove tow hook to gain access or if upper grille shell is off then enter from above.
Step # 9

Fasten lower grille. Note:upper grille shell is removed for access to the back side of the lower grille.
