TOYOTA CELICA 00-02 - LOWER CUSTOM MESH GRILLE/GRILL INSTALLATION GUIDES/INSTRUCTIONS

Step # 1

Here is the Toyota Celica sport grille kit
Part# Toy-1800
Available in silver, or black powder coat finish
Step # 2

Here is our project Celica needing a GrillCraft Sport grille for added styling and major protection for the a/c condenser unit.
Step # 3

Start by loosening the bolts that secure the lower plastic splash shield. This will give us all the access we need to install the grille
Step # 4

Note the grille mounting tabs on the grille there are three tabs that secure the grille in place
Step # 5

Place grille into bumper opening from the front side make sure to hold firmly in place
Step # 6

With grille held firmly in place mark the center hole of the mounting tabs using a sharp scribe. Start by marking the outer tabs first leaving the center tab last
Step # 7

Using a drill with a 3/16 drill bit drill outer mounting holes.
Step # 8

When drilling center mounting hole it may be necessary to flex bumper forward if your drill motor is somewhat large.
Step # 9

Install mounting clips supplied onto mounting tabs and then while holding grille in place install mounting screw from the underside. Again install outer screws first leaving center screw last.
Step # 10

Wow what a difference great styling with added protection to you're a/c condenser
