TOYOTA SEQUOIA 00-05 - UPPER CUSTOM MESH GRILLE/GRILL INSTALLATION GUIDES/INSTRUCTIONS

Step # 1

GrillCraft Toyota Sequoia Upper grille kit PART# TOY-1930 Available in silver or black finishes.
Step # 2

Here is our project Sequoia in need of a GrillCraft Sport Grille make over.
Step # 3

Remove the upper grille nuts from the backside as shown.
Step # 4

Remove the hood safety release.
Step # 5

Now the upper grille will come off.
Step # 6

The original grille center section must be cut out in order to fit the GillCraft Sport grille.
Step # 7

Using a saw cut the center out.
Step # 8

Here is the center section being removed.
Step # 9

The center section will no longer be needed.
Step # 10

Place the Sport Grille into the grille shell.
Step # 11

Using a sharp scribe mark the mounting tab center holes.
Step # 12

Drill a 3/16 hole for the mounting screws.
Step # 13

Here is the mounting hardware that comes with the grille kit.

Fasten the grille screws from the back side.
