TOYOTA SEQUOIA 00-05 - UPPER CUSTOM MESH GRILLE/GRILL INSTALLATION GUIDES/INSTRUCTIONS

Step # 1

GrillCraft Toyota Sequoia Lower grille kit PART# TOY-1931 available in silver or black finishes.
Step # 2

Here is our project Sequoia in need of a GrillCraft Sport Grille make over.
Step # 3

Remove the plastic clips on the underside of the bumper.
Step # 4

Remove the bolt located behind the fender splash shield.
Step # 5

Remove the four bolts on the under side of the bumper cover.
Step # 6

There are two plastic clips on the top side of the bumper cover located next to the headlamp.
Step # 7

Remove plastic fastner clip.
Step # 8

The cover will simply slide off the vehicle.
Step # 9

Make sure to unplug foglamp plug before pulling the cover from the vehicle.
Step # 10

Place the GrillCraft Grille into bumper opening as shown.
Step # 11

Using a scribe mark the mounting tab center holes.
Step # 12

Using a 3/16 drill bit drill for mounting screws.
Step # 13

Push the "U" Nut clips onto the mounting tab as shown.
Step # 14

Fasten the grille screw from the backside.
Step # 15

Wow what a change.(shown here with optional upper grille installed)
