Step # 1

Here is the 1994-1997 Acura Integra Sport Grille Kit Part# ACU-2200 Available in silver, black or white powder coat finish.

Step # 2

Here is our project Integra needing a GrillCraft Sport grille for added styling and major protection for the a/c condenser unit.

Step # 3

Start by loosening the screws that secure the bumper cover upper retainer.

Step # 4

Now remove the retainer.

Step # 5

Remove the screws in the fender well that secure the bumper.

Step # 6

Next remove the two screws located under the right & left splash shield.

Step # 7

Remove screws that attach the splash shield at the bottom of the bumper cover.

Step # 8

Remove turn signal lamp screws.

Step # 9

Unplug signal lamp socket. Now with the help of a friend the bumper cover will slide off the car.

Step # 10

Now with the bumper cover off the car place grille into bumper opening from the front side and align grille-mounting pins with bumper cover vertical support.

Step # 11

Drill a 3/16 hole for the mounting pins (the hole should be 1' inch in front of the vertical bumper cover support)

Step # 12

With the grille pinholes now drilled into the bumper place grille into bumper and press corners down firmly while marking the side bracket center hole location using a sharp scribe.

Step # 13

Drill a 3/16 hole for the side bracket mounting screws.

Step # 14

Mount the supplied speed fastener onto grille tabs as shown.

Step # 15

Fasten grille with supplied screws from the backside while pressing the grille firmly into place at the corners to ensure a tight fit.

Step # 16

Reinstall the bumper cover.

Step # 17

Wow what a styling statement total installation time approx 45 minutes.
